Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Tempur-Pedic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal customer base and driving repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a high-end luxury setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
