Leasing Consultant Job Description

VineBrook Homes, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing our single-family rental homes, providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents, and maintaining a positive relationship with our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and lease available homes to potential residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
  • Interact with residents, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of leasing applications, lease agreements, and resident information
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless resident experience
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using property management software and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • One to three years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain
