Requirements:
  • Active NP license and national certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care.
  • Ability to travel up to 85% within licensed states, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in your highest level of education, with a focus on Gerontology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or Endocrinology.
  • Experience in home health care or home visit settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
