Job Summary

The Registered Nurse II is a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to a designated group of patients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Provides direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
* Supervises and coordinates the activities of nursing staff, ensuring seamless delivery of care
* Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Participates in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices

Requirements

* 2 years of acute care experience, with a focus on GI or PACU
* Current NJ-RN license and ACLS/BLS certification
* Graduate of NLN-accredited School of Nursing
