Soliant Education is actively seeking committed Special Education Teachers for various roles in Lexington, Massachusetts. These full-time positions are intended for the academic year and require onsite presence. We are in search of enthusiastic educators to assist students with diverse needs across multiple grade levels.

Available Positions:

  1. Elementary School Special Education Teacher
    • Caseload: Moderate/Severe
    • Location: Elementary School
  2. Middle School Special Education Teachers (3 positions)
    • Caseload: Mild/Moderate
    • Location: Middle School
  3. High School Special Education Teachers (2 positions)
    • Caseload: Moderate/Severe
    • Location: High School

Position Overview:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Duration: Full School Year
  • Work Environment: Onsite only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized instruction and assistance to students with special needs.
  • Design and execute customized lesson plans and teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with general education instructors and other school personnel to provide integrated support for students.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Engage with families to foster student growth and address any concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
  • Valid Massachusetts teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement.
  • Relevant experience with moderate/severe or mild/moderate caseloads based on the position.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
