Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and occupancy.
  • Project Planning and Management: Support in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.
  • Client Interface: Interface with clients to define project requirements and ensure alignment with project work plans and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Technical Support: Assist the Contracting Officer and COR with acquisition planning, technical reviews, execution, and administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a construction, architecture, or engineering-related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in historic preservation and mechanical systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and industry project software packages.
