Job Summary

The Program Director will be responsible for leading and executing core programs in support of one or more of our market segments. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with various business units and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational plans for a complex set of programs and critical initiatives related to assigned market or line of service
  • Maintain and refine key market segments and strategies to ensure line of business market success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget implementation of market strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 8 years of analytic, account management, product development, project management, or consultative experience within healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, health care consulting, or other highly regulated industry
  • 2 years of program management experience
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Ability to establish trust, respect, and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime
