Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Dish Machine Operations: Identify and resolve mechanical problems with dish machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build rapport with decision-makers, resolve customer concerns, and train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Products and Services: Offer additional products and services to customers to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collect Customer Payments and Manage Accounts: Collect payments from customers and ensure accounts are up-to-date and current.
  • Deliver and Pick-Up Chemicals: Safely transport and deliver chemicals to customers, and collect used chemicals for proper disposal.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds, and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Ability to Work on Call: Be available to work on call after hours for 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
