In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and tracking KPIs that measure the efficiency and output of omnichannel engagement, in addition to the commercial impact via savings and revenue.
You will collaborate with Content Excellence to contribute to the development of a global content supply chain to support omnichannel execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies to improve customer engagement and experience.
- Drive the transformation of customer experience through the design and delivery of omnichannel strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Responsible for communicating, influencing, and collaborating with above-market and in-market functional leaders, I&T Commercial Applications team, data-science and analytics partners, platform partners, digital capability leads, CSL Seqirus, and CSL Vifor peers.
