Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating within a team that specializes in various tax domains, including income tax accounting, corporate taxation, federal credits and incentives, individual taxation, mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entity taxation, private client services, and non-profit organizations.
  • Engaging in tax planning and conducting thorough research.
  • Preparing federal and state/local tax returns.
  • Gaining a solid understanding of tax regulations and accounting standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completion of 90 credit hours.
  • Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Major in Accounting.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required, with reliable transportation arrangements.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
