Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiation-producing equipment and perform primary procedures of mammography
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including filing, copying exams and reports, quality initiatives, and mammography paperwork
  • Be familiar with all phases of film printing, storage, and retrieval in the PACS system
  • Provide services for all inpatients and outpatients of all age groups in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist the Radiologist with diagnostic examinations and keep radiographic rooms well stocked with needed supplies
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, history sheets, and computerized e-forms in their entirety to provide well-documented and complete patient care

Requirements:

  • Must be registered or registry-eligible with the ARRT
  • Mammography certification preferred
  • BLS required
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Ability to work in stressful situations
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts as requested with prior notice

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift. Call rotation and holidays are required.
