Job Description

The Frontline Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service with recognition to every customer. They will be responsible for accurate computerized checkout, requesting and identifying material from the warehouse, shelf stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness both inside and outside.

Key Performance Indicators

• Providing exceptional customer service with recognition to every customer

• Accurate computerized checkout

• Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse and shelf stocking

• Maintain store cleanliness both inside and outside

Requirements

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience

• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills dealing with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management
