Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to join our team, providing operational support to the nursing unit while embodying our institution's mission, vision, and values. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive customer service, quality, and patient experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program
  • Lead day-to-day operations on the unit, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid registered nurse license in New York State
  • At least two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome applicants with:

  • Work experience during weekdays with occasional weekend rotations
