About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Excavation Specialist to join our team in Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with management and subcontractors to achieve high-quality results
  • Safely operate heavy equipment for excavation, loading, and grading activities
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience effectively operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • A commitment to safety at all times
