Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care and education to patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as an RN in the State of Maryland
- Successful completion of required hospital, nursing, and unit orientation
- BLS certification and medication certification required
- ACLS certification required for PACU, ICCU, and ED
- NRP certification required for Obstetrical-Nursery
- One year of experience as an RN required
- Certification in specialty area
- Telemetry Nurse experience with basic arrhythmia exam and ability to recognize critical rhythms
