We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team based out of our Odenton, MD or Woodstock, VA locations. This role will involve extensive travel within the region to gain real-world construction engineering and management experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to identify potential issues
- Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to ensure project success
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and experience)
