Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid RN license in New Jersey.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
  • Compassionate working with the geriatric population.
