We're looking for an experienced sales management executive to join our team at Associated Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability across our assigned regions.

About the Role

This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of sales associates to achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with regional management to develop strategies for sales growth and ensure effective execution across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the assigned region.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consumer and commercial banking management and wealth management business lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 10+ years investment and insurance sales environment.
  • 3+ years sales management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years investment and insurance sales environment.
  • 5+ years sales management role.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Series 24.
  • Series 7.
  • Series 63/65 or Series 66.
