Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans emphasizing personal care and behavioral, physical, and psycho-social development with the goal of self-reliance for patients served.
- Provide basic life skills training, psychological support, and personal hygiene to adult patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Human Services related degree or past direct care experience strongly preferred.
