Work Schedule:
4/2 (PM)
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Patient Care Technician with successful completion of an accredited program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any required boosters
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Good physical condition to assist patients and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personal care to residents under the guidance of licensed nursing staff
- Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and dining
- Maintaining organization within the unit to ensure smooth operations
- Performing additional tasks as required
Compensation:
The pay scale ranges from $22 to $23 per hour, influenced by various factors including location, shift, experience, and expertise.
