SUMMARY

Operate independently on various welding, blending, and stress relief machinery, including Gas Tungsten Arc and Metal Inert Gas systems. Utilize specified metal fabrication tools and equipment, such as oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting arc torches, without supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interpret and execute all tasks as required by technical drawings and/or work instructions;
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all other workshop processes;
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic manufacturing setting with minimal oversight;
  • Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on equipment;
  • Fulfill all duties, responsibilities, and competencies outlined for the Welder/Assembler I position;
  • Install components on both Turbine and Combustion systems;
  • Execute significant Turbine repairs (Class C);
  • Perform extensive Combustion repairs (Class C);
  • Support on-the-job training and certification initiatives while consistently meeting production standards;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
