Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Test Technician to join our team at Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assemble, disassemble, rework, and perform engineering development and qualification tests on various aircraft components and systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate test results to verify that required parameters have been maintained.
  • Follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
  • Perform functional testing per part-specific pre-established test procedure.
  • Monitor tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.
  • Document acceptance or failure results.
  • Demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices.
  • Perform proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds.
  • Comply with applicable elements of quality systems and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.
  • Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
  • Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
  • Follow plans for production schedules and quality requirements.
  • Understand end-use of manufactured products.
  • Proficiently use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
  • Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
  • Train others for technical tasks as needed.
  • Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.
  • Participate in waste minimization efforts.
  • Participate in audits.
  • Request tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements as needed.
Requirements
  • US Person
  • HS Diploma
  • 2 years of relevant experience (in the absence of a HS diploma or GED)
Work Environment

This is a contract position with a 5/40 hour schedule, working 2:30pm to 11pm, 2nd shift.

The pay rate is $28.00/hr, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
