About the Role

Buddy Isles Tire & Automotive, a family-owned business since 1973, is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As an essential member of our repair process, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and estimating repairs using industry-standard software. If you have experience in collision repair and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage and create accurate estimates for repairs.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth repair processes.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to explain necessary repairs and expected costs.
  • Utilize industry-leading estimating software, such as CCC One, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in collision repair or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred.
