Position Summary

An indispensable role awaits an exceptional consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll. Our clients approach us with complex challenges to forge strategy and operations with technology. We seek a skilled relationship builder who can deliver project work streams, manage work plans, and provide analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with client staff and leadership while mentoring junior Huron staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and write functional specifications
  • Conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users
  • Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Oracle Payroll Cloud
  • Develop strong analytical skills to translate information into documentation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to own project work streams with self-discipline and planning
  • Desire to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Aptitude for working in teams and willingness to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, and interfacing with business users
  • 1-2 years of experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Oracle Payroll Cloud
  • Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud Payroll
  • Prior experience as a functional application specialist

Estimated Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400.
