Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that support the sales team. Your role will include responding to general inquiries via telephone, email, and mail, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues. You will handle a significant volume of incoming calls and assist in the preparation of correspondence, as well as managing mail distribution.

In addition, you will be tasked with making photocopies, sending faxes, and supporting special projects as needed. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow within the sales department.

Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong typing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly over the phone are required. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is vital, as is the capacity to maintain confidentiality and see projects through to completion.
