Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children and adolescents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children and adolescents in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
