Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes and model proficiency through precepting new team members.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused environment at the point of care.
- Participate in learning and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- 1-year experience in a similar role.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
