The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service, address member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure member satisfaction and involvement.

This position will primarily focus on customer engagement tasks, with occasional responsibilities in our Donor Relations Department as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage incoming calls from members, responding to their questions and concerns while providing accurate information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members with membership or product-related issues, troubleshooting challenges, and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of member interactions, transactions, and issues utilizing call center software.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with members, colleagues, and other departments within the organization.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures when handling calls, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
  • Support both the Customer Engagement and Donor Relations departments as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with members and team members.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when addressing member concerns or complaints.
  • Quick thinking and effective problem-solving abilities to resolve member issues and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with call center software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
