Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Medical Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • SUPERVISING MEDICAL OFFICE STAFF: Directly supervise and manage a team of clerical support staff to ensure optimal clinical operations.
  • COST EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT: Manage office supplies effectively and adhere to organizational policies regarding quality of patient registration, point of service cash collections, and cash control.
  • PATIENT SATISFACTION: Foster patient satisfaction by providing customer service support and guidance to staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Working knowledge of team function within the organization.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
