- Conduct risk management and general safety procedures
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the residents best interest
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding
