We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Advisor to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Residential Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing assistance, medication administration, and hygiene support to adults with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in our residential locations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals
  • Provide support with activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, and light housekeeping
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the health and well-being of residents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 1 year of direct care experience
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive an organizational vehicle
  • Act 33/34/73 clearances
  • Pre-employment drug screen
