Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric mental health services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in peer consultation groups and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution.
- ANCC - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification.
- Hold a valid DEA license.
- Two years of prescribing experience as a PMHNP.
- Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance with hybrid scheduling options.
