Position Summary:
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will ensure that each club embodies the company's values and culture while achieving financial objectives. The COO will be responsible for:

• Driving the attainment of financial targets and maintaining high performance across all clubs.
• Planning and executing both short-term and long-term sales strategies aimed at existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial performance to ensure profitability and optimal operational standards for each club.
• Develop and manage sales budgets effectively.
• Implement key performance indicators to accurately forecast financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
• Support General and Fitness Managers in achieving club profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Fitness Managers.
• Evaluate club performance through productivity reports and provide coaching as necessary.
• Analyze sales data to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a pristine club environment.
• Monitor sales and expense metrics, providing insights for maximizing profitability.
• Design and implement training programs for all staff levels.
• Offer strategic recommendations for growth opportunities and market insights.
• Establish member feedback mechanisms and develop action plans for enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires 100% travel across various club locations in Massachusetts.
