Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN/RN to join our team at the Waldron Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care to our residents and lead by example with your compassion, expertise, and leadership skills.

About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, as well as supervising the day-to-day activities of our nursing assistants. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and family members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting progress in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are meeting standards of care.
* Participate in regular meetings with the healthcare team to discuss resident care plans, address concerns, and share best practices.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive care delivery.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including medical records, incident reports, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in [State] or ability to obtain within 6 months.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting.
* Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations governing long-term care facilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
* Ability to lift, push, pull, move, and/or carry a minimum of 25 pounds, with potential need to assist in evacuation of residents during emergency situations.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
