Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse - RN, you'll play a vital role in our clinical team, working closely with physicians, social workers, dieticians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic patient goals and implement interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and improve outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Qualifications:REQUIREMENTS: * A graduate of an approved school of nursing is required and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing * CPR Certification * One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
