At DispatchHealth Management, we're redefining healthcare delivery through mobile and virtual healthcare. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to deliver comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat complex illnesses.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to ensure quality care.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care for patients.
  • Educate patients and families on managing acute illnesses and promoting health and well-being.
  • Navigate difficult conversations related to end-of-life issues and goals of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems.
  • Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
  • Provide care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in acute care settings.
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Nationally board certified, current.
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily.
