We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing. As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for leading our rehabilitation therapy team and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the rehabilitation therapy team
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Valid license or certification in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
