Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor trades and oversee projects from start to finish
  • Assist with light remodeling work for interior and exterior spaces
  • Develop estimates for repairs and provide quotes to clients

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the trade industry
  • Carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills are required
  • Familiarity with writing estimates and providing customer service
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently

Compensation and Benefits

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
