Millwright/Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright/Mechanic to join our team at our Kansas City, KS, plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly using hand tools and industrial shop equipment
• Welding and fabrication of metal and other materials
• Read, analyze, and follow engineering drawings
• Communicate technical subjects verbally and written to co-workers and vendors

• High School Diploma or General Equivalence Degree
• Previous Millwright experience
• Previous welding experience
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use the system to record work orders
