Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview

This position involves acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for greeting customers, checking them in and out, and utilizing your product knowledge to sell and upsell services. Additionally, you will be expected to create positive customer relationships, liaise with service technicians and the parts department, and collect payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Greet customers upon arrival, check them in and out, and utilize the iPad and computer systems to manage their experience
• Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to sell and upsell to customers, promoting additional revenue streams
• Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
• Liaise with service technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery and timely completion of tasks
• Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales or service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Hyundai and Chevrolet experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a drug screening, MVR check, and background check
