Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on mental health topics, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
- Degree in Nursing (RN or LPN) from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure in the state of practice.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical environment, preferably in pediatric mental health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and their families.
