Physician in Central Valley Opportunity with Flexible Schedule

As a family medicine physician with Physician Empire, you will join our established network of healthcare providers in the Central Valley region. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.
About the Position
This outpatient only position offers a flexible schedule, with Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and one late night per week rotated among team members. You will have two medical assistants and a receptionist supporting you, along with three patient rooms for optimal patient care.
Compensation Package
We are offering a highly competitive salary of $265K base, plus bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance. You will also enjoy 26 days of paid time off per year, nine paid holidays, and a one-week CME allowance with a $3K stipend. Additionally, we offer a flex spending account, 401(k) with matching contributions, and malpractice insurance.
Location
The job site is located in the Central Valley, approximately 25 miles from Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) and 50 miles from Sequoia National Park. The scenic location offers ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and a relaxed pace of life.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for family medicine and excellent communication skills. Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required. As a valued member of our team, you will have the autonomy to practice medicine while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.
