Janitorial Worker

Cleantec is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Worker, Commercial Cleaner, or Custodian. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Sweeping and Mopping: Maintain a clean and presentable environment by sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and Vacuuming: Ensure surfaces and carpets are dust-free and spotless.
• Bathroom and Kitchen Cleaning: Keep these areas in top condition, ensuring a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Trash and Recycling Management: Efficiently handle waste disposal and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Customer Service Skills: A friendly and helpful attitude toward our valued clients.

• High School Diploma/GED: A foundational educational background to support your success.
• Reliable Transportation: Access to dependable transportation for getting to and from work.
• Physical Capability: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds to tackle heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
• Pass Drug Test and Background Check: Ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour, depending on your location and experience.
