Responsibilities:- Collect and process patient specimens, including urine, stool, and sputum.
- Perform laboratory tests, such as phlebotomy, blood glucose testing, and EKGs.
- Obtain and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist with patient ambulation, positioning, and comfort activities.
- Support RNs and physicians with exams and minor procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and seek assistance from appropriate personnel.
- Transport patients, blood, and equipment as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CNA or EMT-B certification.
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
