About Us:

The Senior Civil Engineering Specialist will be instrumental in overseeing and directing large-scale engineering initiatives, ensuring adherence to technical standards, budget constraints, and project timelines. This role requires an experienced professional with advanced engineering expertise, project management skills, and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct civil engineering initiatives in municipal infrastructure, land development, and stormwater management.
  • Formulate strategic project plans, manage resources for optimal execution, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for major clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Perform hydrological and hydraulic evaluations, prepare, review, and endorse technical documentation.
  • Proactively seek new project opportunities and avenues for collaboration.
  • Encourage sustainability and resilience in project designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • 7+ years of experience in Civil Engineering with a strong emphasis on project management and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering modeling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
