LPN/RN Caregiver Position Overview


My Ace Healthcare is seeking a responsible and compassionate LPN/RN to provide high-quality patient care in a home environment in Loganville, GA.



Job Summary:

The LPN/RN caregiver will be responsible for demonstrating a high level of compassionate interpersonal and communication skills necessary to consistently serve patients and family members in a professional manner. This includes assessing patients for stability and following through with all doctor's orders.



Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctor's orders
  • Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses
  • Be thorough and accurate in documentation of patient complaints, vital signs, current medication, and allergies
  • Some health promotion, teaching, and training of family members in necessary
  • Other duties may be assigned


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited program
  • Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Must have at least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
  • Very comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers
  • Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills


Work Environment:

The LPN/RN caregiver will work in a home environment, providing one-to-one patient care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers, and have experience with GTube, Trach/Vent.



Benefits:

My Ace Healthcare offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.
