Position Overview
The Sales Route Specialist is a full-time role focused on the distribution, marketing, and merchandising of Frito-Lay's extensive product range, including popular brands such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. In this position, you will operate a Frito-Lay vehicle to service various retail locations, independently manage deliveries, showcase products, collaborate with store managers to boost sales, and maintain accurate records throughout your workday.

  • Establish a consistent route with designated days off and a predictable schedule.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
