The Complimentary Breakfast Attendant is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to guests in the breakfast area, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables and floors.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including specialty coffee and tea drinks.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment preferred.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
