Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at SA Hospitality Group. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining rooms, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Set up tables with the appropriate mise en place, ensuring that all stations are fully stocked and ready for service.
  • Service Support: Assist servers in providing quality service to all guests, including delivering bread and water to tables and clearing tables between courses.
  • Side Work and Cleaning: Complete assigned side work before and after service, including maintaining the bread warmer and ensuring that all stations are clean and organized.
  • Team Support: Support the management team as needed, including performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace.
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule to meet the needs of our guests and team.
