About this Position
This Behavioral Health Care Assistant position is responsible for assisting counselors, therapists, and nursing staff by providing clinical support to individuals receiving services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing positive relationships with individuals receiving services.
- Supporting daily living activities, including accessing resources and building relationships.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services.
- Implementing interventions according to treatment plans.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $15.00 - $16.12 per hour based on experience.
- Shift differential pay and supplemental pay may apply to certain programs.
